On Monday 7th of September the Institute for Supply Chain and Logistics held a half day forum on port privatisation in Australia and in particular the port of Melbourne. The Hon Tim Pallas Victorian Treasurer was one of the speakers. The following article appeared in The Age emphasising that in the future large container vessels would not be able to enter the Port of Melbourne.
